Despite the fact that push-button phones can no longer compete in terms of performance with modern smartphones, there is still a demand for them.
They are bought as a fallback, which lies in the box for a rainy day or when the main smartphone is broken, and communication is vital.
Also, push-button dialers are great for pensioners thanks to a simple functionality that is easy to understand.
Today we decided to talk about the 10 cheapest push-button phones in 2019. The low price justifies a lot, but some models have significant flaws that are difficult to put up with and which we tried to point out.

10. MAXVI C9, from 650 r
The phone in the classic all-in-one form factor is equipped with a 1.77-inch color TFT display with support for 65 thousand colors.
It works with two SIM cards, can play MP3 files, so you can even listen to music on it if you wish.
Built-in memory 32 MB for this will not be enough, but you can buy a memory card up to 8 GB.
By the way, the main minus of the phone is connected with music MAXVI C9: he does not know how to remember folders and the song being played. That is, going into the player, you select the folder with the music, then the desired song, listen - and then someone calls you. Lift the phone, talk, go back into the player again - and there is neither the song that you listened to, nor the folder that you selected, so you have to start the procedure again.
In the case of music, this can be called a trifle, which you can put up with, but listening to audio books will become a serious hindrance, since each time you have to manually rewind to the place where you left off.
9. Prestigio Wize G1, from 690 r
In phone Prestigio Wize G1 the screen has a diagonal of 2.4 inches, but the rest is practically no different from the previous model (except that they added Bluetooth 2.1 and support for memory cards up to 32 GB).
For the rest, this is the same dual-SIM dialer, which has no problems with remembering the track in the player, but there is another problem: during a telephone conversation, the words of your interlocutor will be heard by others even at a minimum volume. Someone is trying to solve this problem by pasting the rear speaker with tape / electrical tape, but the way, frankly, is so-so.
For those who value privacy, the Prestigio Wize G1 is clearly not suitable. Also, the phone does not have a camera, but given that it would have a resolution of less than 2 MP, you can put up with such a loss.
8. Itel it2160, from 620 r
Telephone Itel it2160Released at the end of June 2018, it got a screen with a diagonal of 1.8 inches (4.57 cm), a 0.3 MP camera, but its main advantage is a 1000 mAh battery.
Considering that you can’t sit on the Internet with such a device, play games or watch movies, one battery charge may be enough for a week.
As a dialer for traveling, when access to the outlet is not always available - ideal, especially for such a price.
7. Jinga Simple F200n, from 540 r
Two SIM cards, 1.77-inch display, 0.10 MP camera, Bluetooth - in the phone Jinga Simple F200n everything is within the norm for its price segment.
A 500 mAh battery with a head lasts for 3-4 days without listening to music, but the menu here was made extremely uncomfortable. It will be difficult for an elderly person who is far from technology to deal with it, in addition, there is no normal function of attenuation of the screen: it can burn until the battery is completely discharged. You can fix this by setting the screen lock, but the unlock is realized by pressing 2 buttons, which is also inconvenient for senior citizens.
In general, the phone, of course, is cheap, but for parents or grandparents it is better to take another model from our rating.
6. VERTEX M110, from 540 r
Cheap dual sim phone with flashlight VERTEX M110 also not without flaws, although their price may well level out. There is the same flashlight here, but there is little sense in it: it shines very dimly.
There is support for MP3, but the headphone jack (standard 3.5 mm) in the case is not placed in the best way, so some may simply not fit: the plug will not go all the way and the sound will be in only one ear.
It is also worth considering that when creating a new contact in the phone book and signing it in Russian letters, the name is limited to six characters, although there is no such problem when using the Latin alphabet.
5. BQ 1805 Step, from 500 r
BQ 1805 Step technically, it’s not better or worse than all the other phones in our collection, so again we’ll dwell on pronounced shortcomings, since it does not have significant advantages (perhaps the ability to turn on the FM radio without a headset, which is rare in modern phones).
Firstly, it is worth mentioning the loud auditory dynamics on the back of the case: you will hear the interlocutor not only you, but everyone around you (as in the Prestigio Wize G1 model).
Secondly, the battery with the declared 600 mAh can sit on the second day with active use, so it is better to carry a charger with you.
4. Ginzzu M102D mini, from 480 r
The cheaper the phone, the more minuses and fewer pluses and Ginzzu M102D mini this clearly proves.
At first glance, everything is not bad: a standard screen of 1.8 inches, 2 SIM cards, MP3, FM-radio, support for memory cards. But it’s worth picking up the phone and starting to use it, as small and not very “jambs” pop up.
The owners of this dialer complain about the lack of speed dialing (especially important for senior citizens), poor keyboard backlighting, and a weak battery that can drain in one day.
Also, many find it uncomfortable to not be able to install a flashlight on a hot key: it is hidden in the bowels of the menu and it will not be possible to turn it on quickly.
3. MAXVI C20, from 470 r
MAXVI C20 is almost an exact copy of Nokia 105, but only externally: in terms of interface and technical implementation of the basic functionality, MAXVI loses outright.
There is also no speed dialing, there is a “buggy” audio jack (many users have only one earphone), and although the rubber keyboard feels better than the plastic one, it erases quickly (and there is no normal button illumination).
2. Irbis SF06, from 400 r
And here Irbis SF06 for your money, the device without flaws: buy and rejoice. Color TFT screen with a diagonal of 1.77 inches, two SIM cards (the phone holds the network perfectly), an honest 600 mAh battery.
The only thing that upsets and surprises a little is the lack of MP3, especially when you consider that support for memory cards up to 8 GB is implemented.
1. Digma LINX A105 2G, from 340 r
The simplest phone Digma LINX A105 2G It has a screen of only 1.44 inches with a modest resolution of 68x98 pixels, which is also made on a TN matrix.
Only 1 SIM, no support for memory cards and MP3, but there is a bright flashlight.
Look for flaws in the phone for 340 rubles is a bit ridiculous, but we all found them: just two ringtones and SMS messages, there is no radio (although it is stated in the description), and the subscriber’s number is not displayed completely, only his part. Because of this, you have to go into the editing options, which is not to everyone's liking (and for the elderly it may also be too complicated).
